Концепция загородного комплекса построена на эстетике современной деревни, гармонично вписанной в природное окружение. Стилистический подход строится на переосмыслении традиционной загородной архитектуры: чистые объёмы построек сочетаются с фактурной природной текстурой камня и дерева, создавая основательное, но при этом созвучное ландшафту пространство для уединённой жизни.
